Family Practice
Associates is a group of physicians and other licensed medical providers
that specialize in Family Medicine and health care. We have been
providing medical care to patients in the Greater Houston area since
1980. Our current staff consists of twelve doctors and one licensed
medical aesthetician providing patient care at two locations.
Family Practice
Associates health care providers are members of most major medical
health insurance plans. Appointments may be made at our offices Monday
through Saturday to meet the needs of our patients. The Sugar Land
Medical Pavilion office is open 7:00am to 6:30pm Monday through
Thursday, 7am to 4:30pm Friday and 8:00am to 11:30am on Saturday. The
clinic at Grand Parkway is open Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.
The Grand Parkway clinic is conveniently located on Hwy 59 in the
Professional Office Building adjacent to the Memorial Herman Hospital,
just about 8 miles south of the Medical Pavilion office.
Family practice
physicians are medical doctors who specialize in the total health care
of the individual and the family. Family practice physicians can be
board-certified by the Board of Family Medicine, which is recognized by
the American Board of Medical Specialties
Family practice
physicians can diagnose and treat a variety of health conditions and
diseases for people of all ages and both sexes. They may further
specialize in another area of medicine, such as the care of older adults
(geriatric medicine) or people who have sports injuries (sports
medicine).
